Health-E-News by: David Dansereau One Body Health and Smart Moves Internet Publishing My last email for 2008 and planning ahead for 2009
This last year was great. There were some ups and downs, but as a whole, it was a very exciting adventure. No, I don't mean it was great on my retirement savings, I mean it was great because I helped so many people get healthy and rehabilitate from injuries, learn about the stroke warning signs and seek treatment, as well as coach others how to build their own brand online. Along the way, I moved my office, sold out of Tempur-Pedic pillows, dressed in a shark costume, learned about pop filters and audio editing, build three new webinars and 2 more websites for release in the new year, was voted as one of the top 100 health blogs on the web, was chosen by Tedy Bruschi to run for Tedy's Team in the 2009 Boston Marathon, was asked to write a regular stroke article on mobility for Stroke Smart Magazine, all while having had the great fortune to spend some priceless time with my family and friends in Disney. Wow! That's why 2008 was great for me and I look forward to 2009. I hope that 2008 was good for you too.
