Health-E-News/Harness Your Brain Gain
Autumn / FAQ IssueRamblings Is it really already Autumn? I have to apologize for not sending this newsletter the last two months. There has been so much happening here in the summer but this video best explains why I really have been tied up lately. Still one of my all time favorites and if you are currently raising kids I bet you are smiling too :) If you are receiving this by email and the videos have been disabled please go to this website to view this issue online: Anyhow, I hope you enjoyed your summer and perhaps got away on a vacation or two. I hope you are entering Autumn with fresh energy and motivation. If you remember, I spoke about independence in my last issue and I'll be following up on that topic in depth in the next Health-e-News. In this issue, I wanted to address a few FAQ's that have come up recently:
Biggest-Loser Show: How do they lose all that weight?
Biggest-Losers Reveal the truth Supple-Drink: Does it work to relieve joint pain?
Tell me what you think of the Supple-Drink Tedy's Retired: What's he doing now?
Now is the perfect time to stock up if your healthy diet has some holes:
Reach your goals.YOU can do it!My Mission in creating my websites: I believe there is an athlete inside us all and I believe in enabling all individuals to do the things they never thought possible. I believe education and understanding your condition are VITAL to your empowerment. I believe in treating the cause of a problem- rather than just the symptoms you might feel. And I believe that nothing should stand in the way of accomplishing ANY goal you have, including your own marathon if you desire.
