What's the Best protein-supplement-drink?

The article is about protein drinks and it must be the first of the year because a new batch of these drinks are out on the market just in time to capture the January weight loss consumer. After five clients in the last two days asked me about this topic, I decided to post a quick response on my nutrition website about the endless variety of commercial shakes and drinks that are popping up all over.

In the article I also wanted to dispel some of the hype over one protein vs. another, and show you the facts about these expensive pre-made high tech drinks. Are they worth it?
