Did the Red Sox make you fat?

Health-E-News Issue #6

Fall is here in this part of the world, and with it comes football and preparation for the holidays. We also celebrate the Red Sox victory and say good bye to World Series baseball or as it is known in Red Sox Nation as the close of "Soxtober".

But did this popular sporting event leave us with some early Fall fatness? I'll explain in this issue.

Hope you enjoy this special "Soxtober" issue,

David

That means he ate plenty of party food or "ball park cuisine", stayed up late most nights, and grabbed on the go fast foods the next morning and while at work to try to "re-energize" from lack of sleep.

Are imported foods safe?

We probably are all aware of just how many recalls there have been in the news lately for safety reasons related to kids toys, but are you "in the know" about who's watching for your safety when it comes to food-imports?
