Joe Dieter Thanksgiving Day Meal Contest

(Here's your chance to beat Joe Dieter)
Since we are talkin' turkey in this issue- I wanted to test your nutrition "know how" and see who knows their giblets from their fast foods. We all know Joe Dieter blew it in "Soxtober" (if you missed this article-here's the link)
Joe's Story

We also know Joe blamed the Red Sox for making him fat. Unfortunately, Joe is not doing much better going into the holidays. He continues to eat out too often and he feels he'll finally get back on track and on his diet after Thanksgiving. I've provided 2 days of Joe's meals using my online meal planner on my-nutrition-coach.com. Open up his nutrition analysis for the following 2 days here:
View Joe's Meal Plans
(Day 1) A Complete Day of Meals at McDonald's
(Day 2) A Typical Thanksgiving Day with family

You'll be surprised at which meal received the poorest nutritional grades, and GPA. I'm giving you his full nutrient analysis for both days. What I am not showing you is his sodium totals for each day. By the way, you can see from the nutrition report card that both days scored an "F" letter grade for sodium, but which day did Joe have the highest sodium intake? If you can tell me which day of meals contained the most sodium and the total sodium for the day (within 500 mg to actual total) you'll get a free 3 month subscription to my online meal planner if you are one of the first 3 responders to the contest with the correct answers.

Here's the contest details:

Must be an active Health-E-News subscriber and must be willing to have your first name and middle initial announced in my December issue.
Bonus: If any one of the winners or contest entrants gets the sodium total correct to within 50 mg you'll get a full year subscription to my online meal planner.

(Hint: you could get this total exactly using the information I provided in the meal summaries plus one of the free tools available on my website at my-nutrition-coach.com)
Good Luck! Here's the link to enter:
